Thaninthorn “Noom” Chantrawan of Chim By Siam Wisdom (1 Michelin star) is most recognized in the city for his stint on Iron Chef Thailand and has over 14 years’ experience working for various famous restaurants in England including Zuma, Roka, Patterson’s, Momo and Sketch.

It was only in his first year running Chim by Siam Wisdom in 2017 that the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star. His talent has been proven by his ability to maintain the award every year since then. Nowadays, Chef Noom is in his 40s and continues to pursue his passion for bringing the best traditional Thai cuisine to both international and local Thai customers throughout the country and the world.
