With more than 20 years in the culinary world as Head Chef at prestigious restaurants in Berlin, Chef Keller left Germany to explore Asia in 2010.
This life-changing move has enabled him to open a profoundly different chapter in his life, where he discovers new insights every day amidst the vibrancy of an exciting and unique culture.
While in Thailand, Chef Keller discovered the fresh and intense Asian flavours loved by Thai people. Drawing on his three decades of experience in European culinary techniques, he reinvented these flavours by lovingly crafting dishes that blend the best of both worlds.
