Food has always held a special place deep in Chef Keller’s heart. From a very young age, he has passionately believed that food is one of the most extraordinary elements in life, capable of making people truly happy and connecting us all.

Keller is a newly launched fine dining restaurant located on tranquil and leafy Chan Kao Road. It’s a welcoming place where our aim is to delight and surprise diners with a truly memorable dining experience.

Our innovative tasting menu consists of creative Asian cuisine using European techniques. Although rooted in tradition, it is both light and playful, making the most of fresh seasonal ingredients.

Our comfortable and inviting restaurant offers guests the choice between 7 counter seats and 6 table seats, all with a view of the vibrant open kitchen. It provides diners with a bird’s eye view of the Keller team as they skilfully and meticulously prepare each exceptional dish.

With more than 20 years in the culinary world as Head Chef at prestigious restaurants in Berlin, Chef Keller left Germany to explore Asia in 2010.

This life-changing move has enabled him to open a profoundly different chapter in his life, where he discovers new insights every day amidst the vibrancy of an exciting and unique culture.

While in Thailand, Chef Keller discovered the fresh and intense Asian flavours loved by Thai people. Drawing on his three decades of experience in European culinary techniques, he reinvented these flavours by lovingly crafting dishes that blend the best of both worlds.
