Chef Marc Vasseur, with over 15 years of global culinary experience, brings his expertise to Jaja, a new bistro-style French restaurant. Inspired by his grandmother's nickname, Jaja, who sparked his passion for cooking, Chef Marc has crafted a menu that reflects his culinary journey.

Known for its exciting open kitchen and stunning French bistrot, Jaja presents a wide array of dishes from land to sea, including snacks, hot and cold options and sweets. The restaurant offers diners an affordable, fun and casual lifestyle dining experience.

Chef Marc's gourmet adventures began in Europe, where he honed his skills in esteemed eateries. His tenure at Atelier de Joel Robuchon in London contributed to its worldwide recognition and coveted Michelin stars. In Asia, Chef Marc held pivotal roles in renowned establishments, including Restaurant COTE by Mauro Colagreco and Alpea Bistrot in Bangkok, showcasing his leadership and culinary prowess.
