J’AIME restaurant is reshaping and reinventing itself. For ethical reasons and the constant needs of evolution, but also because we are charmed by the beauty of the land where the restaurant was born and operates, J’AIME is moving towards a local metamorphosis. Discovering daily the colours and scents of South East Asia, the affection to local ingredients seams natural, if not logical; so, the adjustment has begun from a French background to a new “terroir”.
But it’s not fusion! If J’AIME’s horizon in the chosen products and the thirst for discovery tend to an inspiring East, its character is still deeply rooted in the West, in French techniques and the balance of flavours.
The aim of J’AIME is to surprise you, presenting what we love; the beauty within the difference, where France might symbolize the seed, curiosity would be water and Thailand the sun.
